Antonio Bertola, avvocato e ingegnere militare torna a Muzzano. Esperienze di progettazione integrata tra conservazione e valorizzazione culturale

La progettualità che interessa il restauro e la valorizzazione dei beni culturali ha subito, a ridosso della crisi del 2009, un vero e proprio cambiamento nelle modalità di presentazione dei progetti e nei contenuti richiesti dagli enti erogatori di contributi. Il ruolo delle fondazioni bancarie in Italia, e in particolar modo nelle regioni in cui la loro azione è più consolidata e attiva, è stato tale da indirizzare la richiesta di un nuovo modello di progettazione, integrata negli obiettivi di conservazione e restauro del bene culturale alla realizzazione di azioni di sistema dedicate e mirate a una rivitalizzazione del territorio oggetto di intervento. Il progetto Antonio Bertola, avvocato e ingegnere militare torna a Muzzano rappresenta un’esperienza significativa di questo processo in cui alla volontà di conservazione della chiesa parrocchiale si associa la necessità di restituire alla comunità locale un patrimonio di cultura materiale e immateriale attraverso la riscoperta e valorizzazione della figura di un muzzanese illustre quale Antonio Bertola.

 

Antonio Bertola, lawyer and military engineer returns to Muzzano. Experiences of integrated design between preservation and cultural enhancement

The planning that concerns the restoration and enhancement of cultural heritage has undergone, in the run-up to the crisis of 2009, a real change in the way in which projects are presented and in the contents required by the institutions that provide contributions. The role of banking foundations in Italy, and in particular in the regions where their action is most consolidated and active, was such as to direct the request for a new design model, integrated into the objectives of preservation and conservation of the cultural heritage to implementation of dedicated system actions aimed at revitalizing the area subject to intervention. The project Antonio Bertola, avvocato e ingegnere militare torna a Muzzano, represents a significant experience of this process in which the will to preserve the parish church is associated with the need to communicate a tangible and intangible cultural heritage to the local community through the appreciation and enhancement of the figure of an illustrious muzzanese such as Antonio Bertola.
