Tra ricerca e didattica. Il contributo di Carla Bartolozzi al restauro e alla conservazione

L’impegno didattico e l’attività di ricerca, caratterizzata dalla ricchezza degli studi, hanno connotato la carriera accademica di Carla Bartolozzi. In particolare la capacità di trattare tematiche culturali inedite, i rapporti con i colleghi, i legami tra missione pedagogica e curiosità scientifica, hanno influenzato la formazione di giovani ricercatori e architetti. I risultati scientifici sono stati raggiunti intrecciando attività di ricerca e didattica e sono stati divulgati attraverso pubblicazioni o grazie alla partecipazione a convegni nazionali e internazionali. Tra i filoni tematici vi sono: i contributi sulla tutela e sulla rifunzionalizzazione del patrimonio religioso e su quello fortificato; le ricerche sul restauro delle “grandi fabbriche”; il riconoscimento del valore immateriale delle architetture e degli spazi eteropici.

 

Between research and teaching. Carla Bartolozzi’s contribution to restoration and conservation

Carla Bartolozzi’s academic career has been marked by her commitment to teaching and research activity, characterized by the richness of her studies. Her ability to focus on new cultural themes, her relationships with colleagues and the links between her pedagogical mission and scientific curiosity, have influenced the training of young researchers and architects. Scientific results have been achieved by combining research and teaching activities and have been disseminated through publications or thanks to participation in national and international conferences. Of parrticular note among the subjects covered are the contributions on the protection and repurposing of religious and fortified heritage, research into the restoration of the “grandi fabbriche” and the recognition of the intangible value of heteropic architecture and spaces.
